This Refund Policy governs the terms under which payments made through the QPOBO platform are handled. By using our platform and its services, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.

1. No Refund for Cancellation by Doctors/Practitioners
  • Payments made for doctor appointment token reservations are non-refundable, even if the cancellation is initiated by the doctor, practitioner, or wellness professional.
  • Users are encouraged to contact the respective doctor or practitioner directly in case of any scheduling conflicts or cancellations.
2. Payment Terms
  • Payments are collected for confirmed appointment bookings as per the pricing details displayed during the booking process.
  • All payments made through the QPOBO platform are final and non-refundable.
3. No Payments Collected from General Public
  • QPOBO does not collect any payments directly from the general public for accessing the platform or viewing information.
  • Refund requests are not applicable to end users since payments, if any, are exclusively processed for confirmed appointment bookings.
4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate payments.
  • Payment made for a booking that could not be confirmed due to a system or platform issue.

For such cases, users can submit a refund request with supporting details (e.g., payment receipt, booking ID) by contacting QPOBO’s support team.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to an exceptional case, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@QPOBO.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”

2. Include your booking details, payment receipt, and the reason for your request.

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

6. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • QPOBO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform with the updated effective date.
