These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Service") form a legally binding agreement between QPOBO (referred to as "We," "Us," "Our," or the "Company") and You (referred to as "You" or "Your") as a registered doctor, alternative medicine practitioner, wellness professional, or end user of the QPOBO platform. By accessing, registering, or using the QPOBO platform and its services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

1. General Use of the Platform
  • The QPOBO platform facilitates doctor appointment token reservations and related services.
  • By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate information and abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
  • QPOBO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Prohibited Activities

For Doctors/Practitioners:

  • Any false claims, misleading information, or content deemed inappropriate, violent, offensive, or unlawful is strictly prohibited.
  • Posting content that violates national laws or promotes hate, violence, or adult material will result in account deactivation without prior notice.

For End Users:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities, including booking appointments with false information or for unlawful purposes, is prohibited.
  • Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
3. Content Management
  • All event or post-related information uploaded on the platform is subject to review and management by QPOBO administrators.
  • The administrator reserves the right to modify, block, or delete any content that violates the platform’s policies or terms.
  • Any flagged content will be reviewed, and accounts may be suspended or deactivated if deemed necessary.
4. Account Suspension and Deactivation
  • Doctors/Practitioners: Accounts found violating the terms (e.g., posting false information or prohibited content) may be deactivated immediately. Re-activation is subject to further review by QPOBO.
  • End Users: Users engaging in illegal booking actions or misuse of the platform will have their accounts blocked permanently.
5. Privacy and Data Use
  • All user and practitioner data will be handled per QPOBO’s Privacy Policy to ensure confidentiality and protection.
  • Practitioners agree that their business-related information (e.g., name, specialization, clinic address) will be publicly displayed for appointment facilitation.
6. Platform Usage Rights
  • QPOBO retains full rights to remove, edit, or restrict access to any content that violates these terms or the law.
  • Users and practitioners must ensure the accuracy and legality of any content uploaded to the platform.
7. Reporting Issues or Suggestions
  • Users and practitioners are encouraged to report any issues, violations, or suggestions through QPOBO’s support channels.
  • Contact our toll-free number or reach out to the assigned agent/manager for your business account for assistance.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
  • QPOBO acts solely as a platform for appointment facilitation and does not guarantee the quality or availability of services provided by doctors, practitioners, or wellness professionals.
  • The company is not liable for any disputes, misconduct, or damages arising between users and practitioners.
9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
